At Everblue Memorials, we treat every order with sensitivity and care. Our shipping policy reflects our commitment to delivering memorial items with dignity. Please note that timelines may vary due to the nature of the service, weather conditions at sea, and postal carrier operations. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this meaningful process.

1. Delivery of Memorial Certificates and Items

We ship physical items such as:

  • Certificates of Scattering

  • Memorial cards (if purchased)

  • Optional keepsakes or personalized tributes (if applicable)

These items are shipped only after the ash scattering has been respectfully completed

2. Processing Time

Please allow 3–7 business days for processing after the ash scattering has occurred. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We use trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (Free): 5–10 business days

  • Priority Shipping (Optional): 2–4 business days (extra charges may apply)

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or natural events outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping is included at no additional cost.

  • Priority shipping, if selected, will be calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. For special international requests, please contact us directly.

6. Order Tracking

Once your items are shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you do not receive this within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for resending packages.

8. Lost or Damaged Items

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue, including replacing the item or issuing a refund when appropriate.
