Refund Policy

At Everblue Memorials, we are committed to handling each memorial service with care and compassion. Due to the unique and irreversible nature of ash scattering services, our refund policy is outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • You cancel your order before the ash scattering has taken place.

  • There was an error on our part in fulfilling your order (e.g., incorrect certificate details, missed add-on services).

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Completed ash scattering services

  • Personalized memorial items that have already been produced or shipped

  • Missed deadlines due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via email or phone with the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for your refund request

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of your order date or within 7 days of item delivery (if applicable).

4. Resolution Process

Once we receive your request, we will review it and contact you within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.
